Ribera Salud, the operator with stakes in six Spanish hospital PPP concessions serving over 1m people and large imaging and lab projects, is for sale, say reliable sources. The company has also confirmed that its strategy is to seek to buy majority stakes in all the concessions it operates. We name the three prospective buyers and look in detail at the problems which the Alzira concession model faces.
