Medi-Partenaires plans EUR250m sale and leaseback deal

Medi-Partenaires, the big French hospital group has decided to sell and lease back property to finance growth in what promises to be one of the largest deals yet in the French market. That should let it start buying more hospitals. Meanwhile, Ramsay has bought a unit from Generale de Sante outside Lyons.
