Enel-Med plans IPO

Enel-Med, the third largest Polish healthcare services group plans to float on the Warsaw stock market this summer. The flotation has just received regulatory approval. Sources told Healthcare Europa that the company will raise €10-20m by selling roughly 10% of the company. Other Polish healthcare service groups are planning a rights issue and a flotation to launch a completely new venture.
