ADM swoops on Universal

ADM Capital has reached agreement to buy a stake in Universal Group, the third largest Turkish hospital chain with 18 hospitals subject to approval from the competition authorities. Meanwhile, two more hospital groups have been sold in Turkey. Memorial picked up a group of three in Antalya and private equity player Turkven has bought a minority in an Istanbul chain.
