Capio Sandidad close to deal with Ribera Salud

We hear that Capio Sanidad has all but reached agreement to buy Ribera Salud which has stakes in Valencia and Madrid administrative concession hospitals. And it is likely that more Valencia hospitals and four in Castile La Mancha will by moved to the administrative concession model.
