Fresenius price for Damp "amazes" competitors

Other German hospital groups say they are "amazed" at the price paid by Fresenius for Damp Gruppe. They also claim that the deal was pushed through by Fresenius chief executive Ulf Mark Schneider, with resistance from the Helios board.
