Sheikhs, oligarchs and the plain old new rich from the Middle East, the former CIS and Warsaw Pact countries all flock to the West for treatment in London, Germany and Switzerland. But how much do they really spend? We've dug up some good figures for Switzerland, Germany and the London markets which suggest a total market of around €1.5bn.
