Helios denies it has plans to take over failing UK hospitals

A email last year suggests that Helios Klininken, working with McKinsey, was in talks with the UK government about taking over and turning round a clutch of failing NHS hospitals, according to The Guardian newspaper.  This has been denied by Helios. But what would a deal look like?
