Saga buys Allied - we look at its strategy

Saga, the financial services/travel group which targets the over-fifties, expects to grow its share of the UK domiciliary care market to 6%, following its planned acquisition of Allied Health for $175m. The deal follows its purchase of Nestor Health in December 2010.
