Germany tries privatisation lite

Failing hospitals in Wiesbaden and Offenbach, to the East and West of Frankfurt-am-Main will be only partially privatised to a new formula in which the public sector will retain a majority share in the operation, according to consultant Uwe Preusker at Preusker Healthcare.
