Polish copper miner has big plans for spas

KGHM Polska Miedź is one of the world’s largest silver and copper miners. The listed Polish group is investing some of its excess cash in spas and healthcare resorts through its wholly-owned TFI KGHM fund. We talk to investment director Michal Holaczuk, whose fund has invested Zloty 350m (€89m), on what he plans to do with the three healthcare resorts with nearly 3,000 beds which he has bought from the state over the last year.
