What you think of Healthcare Europa
Thanks to the 40 of you who filled in our feedback questionnaire. Here is a summary of what they said. To those of you who have not yet replied – click here to have your say! Or add your views and comments at the end of the blog.
In general, you like the news service. Some 89% said its relevance was good or very good, some 89% rated the quality likewise. Accuracy scored 81% (and one “poor”) so clearly we could improve here, although in my defence, I’d say it is hard to cover such a wide area. I’d really appreciate a call from any reader who thinks I’ve got a story wrong or missed an important fact. What don’t you like? We had several grumbles about the price and several readers wanted more coverage of their area of interest. Providing adequate coverage for each sector is a balancing act! And there were a couple of technical glitches. One reader pointed out (rightly) that the archive engine could be better, another complained of getting emails from Healthcare Europa and Laing & Buisson. I hope a software upgrade from our content management provider will sort out the first this spring, and I will insure that all emails come from Healthcare Europa in future. A quarter of you said you liked the width and depth of coverage. It’s nice to be described as “timely and intuitive”! Finally, only 37% of you read all or most of the indepth features at the back of the big issues. That suggests that, maybe, we should make the newsletter slightly cheaper and shorter, and spend the extra time producing 3 or 4 bigger reports a year which really dig into a specialist area, such as labs, homecare or outsourcing, rather than trying to cover everything in one title. Any thoughts? Please comment below. I guess it depends on how far people see healthcare and care as a single industry or feel they really only want to know about "their" sector. What do you think? |
