Falck sale puzzles

Analysts were surprised by the sale by investors of 36% of rescue and clinic group Falck to the Lundbeck Foundation. Falck was planning to float and the sale effectively removes any takeover premium. The deal values Falck at Dkr7.7bn, this summer analysts forecast an IPO value of Skr10bn.
