Carema moves into personal care

Carema Care, the Swedish care arm of KKR- and Triton-backed Ambea, has purchased Anemon Personlig Assistans from its owner Ann-Marie Dehlin. The move takes Carema into the unique, €2bn Swedish personal care market for the first time. Dehlin chose Carema without going to competitive bids.
