Dutch insurer teams up with private equity to build primary care network

Menzis, the fourth largest Dutch healthcare insurer plans to build a large primary network by merging its primary centres with those owned by Dutch family office Reggeborgh. This is the first time a Dutch healthcare insurer has bought a primary care unit.
