Aleris and two smaller care service groups overcharged for care. Aleris, which EQT has just put up for sale, has refunded Stockholm council SEK3m. This is the second year running Aleris, a SEK4bn care and healthcare group, has overcharged. The incident highlights Swedish sensitivity to private healthcare in the run up to elections this autumn.
