Distributors spell corruption

One way to spot highly corrupt countries is to look at how medical
products are sold. If a lot goes through distribution in any reasonably
large country you have to ask why?
All too often, the answer is that suppliers are only too happy to have middlemen where local practice is to grease the palms of doctors and hospital managers. This apparently is why distribution remains prevalent in Greece!
